We are pleased to announce that all Safety Insurance Company policyholders are now able to make installment premium payments using a credit or debit card using either of the following methods:
• Online Bill Pay at www.SafetyInsurance.com
• Automated Telephone Billing System at 800-951-2100 or 617-951-0600
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and NYCE, Pulse, Star and Accel Exchange network debit cards.
All direct bill policy types and combined bill accounts are eligible for credit and debit card installment payments. We will not assess a card transaction fee if policyholders choose to pay using one of these payment types. Payment amounts are limited to a maximum of $5,000 per day.
Policyholders who wish to pay online must be registered users of our website. Usage of the Automated Telephone Billing System is available without registration to all direct bill and combined bill policyholders.
