It is important to note that a Vermont employee/employer working in New Hampshire must carry coverage A in NH and comply with NH laws. Under the Workers compensation law there must be a written agreement signed by the employer and the person providing services on or about the date of employment, which also describes the services to be performed by this subcontractor. Downey Insurance helps employers to understand the Workers compensation Laws.
